The Challenge

To conceptualize a product-led campaign for the new APEOS Multifunctional Devices. The brief required a cohesive framework to champion three core pillars—Environmental Technology, Performance, and Service—while positioning the brand as a trusted partner for SMEs.

Integrated Launch & Experiential Event

Built on the concept "Unlock New Dimensions of Success," the campaign used a futuristic, portal-inspired visual direction to show how businesses can transcend traditional workflows. We rolled this strategy out across two seamless phases:

  • Phase 01: The Digital Launch – Developed a conversion-driven website that broke down complex product features into the three core pillars, turning technical specs into lead-generating digital touchpoints.

  • Phase 02: The Experiential Event – Brought the campaign to life at the FBSG Customer Experience Centre. The B2B event engaged 90 high-value guests through tactile, interactive zones:

    • RFID Key Activation: Physical keys allowed guests to physically "tap" and unlock digital content themed around Sustainability, Performance, and Service.

    • Gamified Demos: Custom memory and puzzle games rewarded guests for learning about IT Expert Services, while interactive device setups sparked deeper sales conversations.
