In the wake of monumental, COVID-19-accelerated changes in consumer behavior, medium and large-scale brands and agencies found themselves struggling to adapt their digital strategies. While Meta offered highly sophisticated ecosystem technologies and third-party partner solutions to solve these exact pain points, target audiences lacked awareness of how to access and leverage them. The creative and strategic hurdle was to build a comprehensive, continuous content program that simultaneously educated the market on macroeconomic retail trends while mapping those trends directly to concrete partner capabilities—all executed seamlessly across six highly localized APAC markets.
