Doxa Holdings, Deep-Tier Financing at BEX Asia 2025

01 — Overview

This project showcases the end-to-end design and execution of an integrated brand experience for Doxa—an award-winning collaborative trade platform—and their key partner, Visa. The work encompassed comprehensive physical booth design and build, digital web banners, social media marketing assets, and corporate pitch decks for their high-profile exhibition at BEX Asia 2025, held at Marina Bay Sands from September 3–5, 2025.

02 — The Challenge

The built environment and construction industry is notorious for being heavily reliant on manual pen-and-paper workflows, suffering from deep cash flow bottlenecks and long 90-day payment lag times for lower-tier subcontractors. When Doxa joined forces with Visa to introduce their groundbreaking Deep-Tier Financing (DTF) solution, the challenge was twofold:

  1. Translate a highly abstract, complex blockchain-inspired fintech concept into an easily digestible, human-centered value proposition.

  2. Design a high-traffic exhibition booth and supporting omnichannel marketing assets that visually commands attention while clearly educating developers, main contractors, and subcontractors simultaneously.

03 — The Insight

Financial tech products often fail at expos because they focus too heavily on rigid backend architecture drawings rather than human impact. The key insight lay within Doxa’s core ethos: "Technology fulfills its highest purpose when it uplifts people and communities." To break through the noise at BEX Asia, the design narrative needed to pivot away from sterile software interfaces and focus on "The Connected Project Supply Chain." By emphasizing the seamless, secure flow of capital passing down from developers to the smallest vendor, the design could visually represent real-time trust, financial inclusion, and partnership.

04 — The Idea

"Welcome to the World of Doxa"

The core concept envisions the "World of Doxa"—a connected, transparent, and fair ecosystem where financial inclusion flows deep into every layer of construction and supply chains. Doxa transforms the way capital moves by embedding deep-tier financing directly into every transaction. This ensures liquidity and accountability don’t just stop at the top, but extend dynamically to every subcontractor, supplier, and contributor.

Purpose: To build a world that transforms systemic inefficiencies into shared opportunity, where financial inclusion becomes reality.

To bring this to life under the creative tagline "Shaping the Future of Construction Finance," the design framework utilised a clean, modern corporate colour palette (Doxa's signature fresh greens balanced by Visa's authoritative royal blue) combined with accessible, minimalist isometric urban geometry. This visual narrative was deployed across four specific deliverable tracks:

  • Booth Design: A physical manifestation of a transparent ecosystem, balancing open meeting areas with modular learning pods.

  • Web Banners: High-conversion digital entry points emphasising immediate capital access and supply chain stability.

  • Social Posts: Scannable, feature-driven educational carousels highlighting "Win-Win-Win" outcomes for industry stakeholders.

  • PPT Slides Design: A highly structured corporate presentation template simplifying the step-by-step mechanics of virtual card claims processing.

05 — The Experience

Booth Design & Build

The physical space at Marina Bay Sands was engineered for flow, visibility, and high engagement.

  • Structure: An overhead architectural canopy prominently features the illuminated co-branding of Doxa | VISA. The structural columns double as real estate for high-level messaging like "Unlocking Capital Access at Every Tier" and partner callouts, including Maybank and InterSystems.

  • Zoning: A minimalist white counter anchored the front perimeter to greet visitors, lined with integrated LED accent lights mimicking data flows. Inside, independent vertical digital kiosk pillars allowed prospects to interact with live software demos of Doxa Connex.

  • Materiality: Open, barrier-free floor planning layout utilising light wood tones, matte whites, and clean glass boundaries to explicitly communicate transparency and inclusion.

Web Banners & Social Posts

Digital collateral focused on capturing attention quickly with a clear typographic hierarchy. Web headers emphasised actionable phrases like "Advancing the Future of Deep-Tier Financing," while social graphics broke down complex features into macro benefits (e.g., Digitalised Claims & Certification, Better Cashflow Management).

PPT Slides Design

The deck design systematically structured Doxa's approved brand messaging playbooks. It utilised clean, vibrant custom construction-worker illustrations alongside step-by-step infographics to demystify how a single developer credit line flows securely into Visa Virtual Cards for Tier 1 and Tier 2 subcontractors.

06 — The Outcome

The integrated launch at BEX Asia 2025 successfully positioned Doxa and Visa as pioneers rewriting the rules of trade finance in Southeast Asia's built environment.

  • Design Acclaim: The booth’s striking aesthetic and strategic layout received widespread praise from attendees, partners, and industry peers, establishing a commanding visual presence on the exhibition floor.

  • Brand Alignment: Seamlessly harmonized Doxa's human-first, community-driven aesthetic with Visa's authoritative enterprise brand standards.

  • Engagement: The booth layout successfully optimized visitor dwell time, enabling the sales team to seamlessly pivot from top-of-funnel spatial messaging to deep-dive technical slideshow presentations right on the show floor.

  • Asset Versatility: The modular design components provided the client with an expansive library of evergreen digital banners, social media templates, and corporate pitch materials ready for post-event lead nurturing.
